Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our artwork and hope you love it as much as we do! However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork purchased from our online store.
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange*. Please email us at sugoandkappamarket@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of everything.
*Exchanges for damaged items are only valid within 7 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, along with any included collateral.
